Stand up for Better WORK HEALTH

This is a 1 hour training package which looks at the latest research on health risks associated with sitting for too long and explores practical strategies on how to reduce prolonged sitting, in consultation with the participants.


It acknowledges the difficulties in changing workplace behaviours and culture but also challenges the participants to take self-responsibility to get up and move; and to create these opportunities for themselves and their co-workers.
